Becky Phelps has been promoted to junior property manager at Stonelink Property Management. In her
new role, she will be responsible for direct clients’ communication in the company’s property
management division.

Phelps has been with Stonelink Property Management for two years and was instrumental in her former
position as an Assistant Property Manager specializing in legal matters. She has brought process and
procedure to where we had very little and handled enormous volumes of work with terrific efficiency.
Her energy, drive, attention to detail, and never-say-die positive attitude above all, have allowed her to
achieve so much in so little time.
“I’m excited about this new challenge,” said Phelps. “I look forward to working with our team to deliver

Phelps is a graduate of Bryant and Stratton College and is a member of the National Association of
Property Management.
