Yes. Our standard procedure requires potential residents to apply to schedule a showing.
First you apply here. If your application is approved, our leasing agent will contact you to schedule a showing.
Since the applications are first come, first served, we will contact you directly when a showing is available. Showings can be arranged in person or virtually (Facetime)
At the moment we only offer online applications. Applying online allows faster processing and the ability to pay online. To apply online you need to provide an email address. If you need assistance, please contact us and our team can help you through the process.
An application fee of $38 per applicant aged 18 and older is required. It is refundable when we have not
processed the application; once we run your application to check background, rental history, and credit
score, it becomes non-refundable.
Yes. You can submit a general application. We keep it on file for 30 calendar days.
Yes, we do accept Section 8 and Housing Vouchers. Stonelink and the owners are committed to
compliance with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws.
A valid government-issued photo identification & proof of income are mandatory. Proof of income can be submitted using paystubs, bank statements, tax returns, proof of disability, SSI, Student housing, alimony, and Section 8 vouchers where accepted. The total monthly income on an application needs to be 3 times the total monthly rent.
Pets are allowed at select properties, but you may be charged an additional one-time and/or recurring
fee. We typically advertise this on our listing. As per FHA guidelines, we will consider requests for service
and emotional support animals with proper documentation.

Security deposits vary by State. In Rhode Island and Massachusetts, the security deposit is equal to the amount of one month rent.
Rental applications can be denied if you show an eviction in the last 5 years.
The minimum credit score must be met by at one member of the household. The minimum credit score is 600. Credit decisions are received with “approved”, or “declined” decisions from our trusted third party vendor. A complete analysis of the credit report will be done to determine if further consideration is applicable. If your application is declined, we will issue a letter that will allow the household to contact the credit reporting agency to understand why a declined decision was reached. We encourage everyone to review our screening criteria prior to submitting an application.
