First you apply here. If your application is approved, our leasing agent will contact you to schedule a showing.
Since the applications are first come, first served, we will contact you directly when a showing is available. Showings can be arranged in person or virtually (Facetime)
At the moment we only offer online applications. Applying online allows faster processing and the ability to pay online. To apply online you need to provide an email address. If you need assistance, please contact us and our team can help you through the process.
An application fee of $38 per applicant aged 18 and older is required. It is refundable when we have not
processed the application; once we run your application to check background, rental history, and credit
score, it becomes non-refundable.

The minimum credit score must be met by at one member of the household. The minimum credit score is 600. Credit decisions are received with “approved”, or “declined” decisions from our trusted third party vendor. A complete analysis of the credit report will be done to determine if further consideration is applicable. If your application is declined, we will issue a letter that will allow the household to contact the credit reporting agency to understand why a declined decision was reached. We encourage everyone to review our screening criteria prior to submitting an application.
