Yes. You will receive an invitation to download ZTenant.

The rent is due on the first of the month.

Yes, the $75 late fee is posted after the 5th of every month.

Rent can be paid online via your resident portal using a direct deposit or credit card (fee applies). Checks are accepted and should be made payable to Stonelink Property Management and mailed to Stonelink Property Management – 15 Circle St Rumford RI, 02916

Please contact the office to get a copy of your lease, we can send it to you via email.

Once the lease reaches one (1) year, it automatically changes to month-to-month. If you want to renew the lease for another year, just contact us at (401) 223-2838 ext. 5 and we will be more than glad to assist you with this request. (This option might include a drafting fee of $40)
